For our italian HQ inbCinisello Balsamo (MI) /b, we are now seeking a Project Engineer to join our fantastic team. /p pThe position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on bVapor Control /bdivision products and relevant technical requirements. /p pResponsible for all aspects of assigned jobs to assure high quality products are delivered on time, within the assigned budget and satisfying the customer requirements. /p pDuties include coordinating with the various internal and external disciplines, develop and maintain the procurement and manufacturing schedule, technical and commercial bid evaluations process with sub vendors, monitoring the assigned budget and handling technical and commercial correspondence as required. /p h3Job Duties /h3 ul liReview Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation. /li liConfirms equipment selection and design and perform / coordinate required disciplines. /li liCoordinates drafting activities to makes sure all required drawings are completed on time. Reviews customer mark-ups, clarify the comments and instructs drafting as to disposition. /li liEnsure the costs will be within the assigned budget and manage any change with the customer and the suppliers.



/li liCoordinate the Quality Control Department of customer / job specifications. /li liCoordinates all required technical and commercial correspondence related to thejob. This includes all internal communications and all correspondence with theCustomer, end user, sales reps, and/or outside consultants. /li liCoordinates written advise and commercial resolution with Customer concerning any change to the scope of supply. /li liNotifies Accounting Department when billings are to be sent. /li liPerform other related duties as assigned.
