pbROLE /b /ppbr/ppbProject Controlling Specialist /b /ppbr/ppbROLE PURPOSE /b /ppThe Project Controlling Specialist supports the industrial workstreams of the Value Creation Program (VCP), driving the identification, validation, coordination, and monitoring of manufacturing, footprint optimization, productivity, and operational excellence initiatives. /ppThe role is focused on bensuring the successful delivery of cost savings and sustainable performance improvements /b across the organization. /ppbr/ppbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppbr/ppbInitiative Pipeline Management /b /pulliSupport the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of industrial improvement initiatives. /liliReview and challenge key assumptions to ensure business cases are robust, realistic, and properly documented. /liliPartner with Plant Managers and Finance teams to validate financial benefits and expected savings. /liliAssess technical feasibility, implementation requirements, and execution timelines. /li /ulpbr/ppbProgram Execution Coordination /b /pulliCoordinate and monitor the implementation of VCP initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. /liliFacilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and continuous improvement activities to accelerate execution. /liliIdentify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, supporting mitigation actions when needed. /li /ulpbr/ppbOperational Performance Monitoring /b /pulliTrack operational and productivity KPIs, highlighting performance gaps, bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and cost drivers. /lilibMeasure and report initiative progress /b,



ensuring transparency on savings realization and operational impact. /lilibCollaborate with Finance /b to reconcile reported benefits and validate achieved results. /li /ulpbr/ppbCross-Functional Collaboration /b /pullibWork closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, /b and other key functions to ensure effective initiative delivery. /liliSupport initiative owners in managing interdependencies and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date VCP roadmap. /liliFoster alignment between site-level activities and overall program objectives. /li /ulpbr/ppbREQUIRED SKILLS /b /ppbr/pullib5-8 years of experience /b in manufacturing / industrial operations environments, gained in bFinancial / Controlling /b roles. /liliStrong understanding of productivity improvement levers, operational excellence, and cost optimization initiatives. /liliProven ability to banalyze performance data /band translate insights into actionable recommendations. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and plant organizations. /liliStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. /li /ulpbr/ppbOFFER /b /ppbr/pullibSalary range: from €45.000 to €50.000 /b, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbLocation: /b Turin /p
