After an introduction program, you will be the autonomous respondent for all general accounting needs, in particular, this includes following tasks:



/ph3Duties and Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure the integrity of financial statement/regulatory reporting information recorded in the legal entities. /liliAccounts Receivable Payable management /liliExecute monthly closings (bank reconciliation ; fixed asset depreciation, bad debts, accrual posting ; main balance sheet /profit loss accounts reconciliation; basic financial reporting and comments on monthly figures) /liliCash Management preparation for the entities /liliPreparation of VAT returns Intrastat /liliSupport financial partner to prepare statutory accounts and income tax returns /liliCoordination and supervision of Financial audits /liliSupport ad-hoc projects /li /ulpThe position reports directly to the Head of Finance, based in Lisbon. /ph3Qualifications /h3pYour Skills and Experience: /pulliEducated to degree level in Accounting and/or Finance /liliAdvanced Excel skills /liliBetween 2 and 4 years of experience in similar role /liliYou are independent, flexible and precise, with a particular ability to work under tight deadlines. /liliYou have good English proficiency. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pYou will have a key role in the company and the opportunity to play a key part in the organization.
