So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers. /p h3bDRIVELINE SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND METHOD ENG /b /h3 pThe position is requiring involvement into different family of product, through activities covering from design to support product manufacturability and testing /p pHe/she will be part of the core expert team in the Driveline Component Product Lineworking as part of an integrated global team, /p pIn this position He/she will be in charge about: /p ul liPerform System analysis and design on driveline component (gears , bearings, splines , shaft) /li liPerform durability simulation and optimization /li liSystem analysis and performance about driveline components /li liSystem analysis for Dynamic Multybody 1D /li liMethods for design and simulation. /li liManaging simulation activities related to tractor transmission /li liBuild technical knowledge expertise in CNH transmission /li liDevelopment of partnership with external supplier for Driveline component. /li liDevelopment of Universities partnerships.



/li liManage PhD students /li /ul h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liTake part in technical feasibility studies and concept design of mechanical transmission components /li liWork strictly with the designer and testing during all the development step supporting the process with Simulation /li liAnalyze data from the field for new transmission load spectrum definition. /li /ul ul liEnsure compliance with in-house Design Standards and Methods. /li liEnsure Methods standardization in EMEA, NAR and APCA plants. /li liEnsure coherence between virtual and physical (move forward to virtual). /li /ul ul liConduct design optimization to meet platform requirements for new product or product already on the market /li liWork strictly with Testing department in order to ensure the correct testing condition, perform simulation and correlation /li liAssure proper documentation of technical data generated across the Simulation phases consistency with engineering policies and procedures /li liSupport technical and design reviews also with external supplier /li liEffectively communicate and provide recommendations through the analysis, preparation and presentation of technical data to the extended team /li liShare engineering information and promote open dialogue /li /ul h3bExperience Required /b /h3 ul liMaster/Phd degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. /li li 3 years of working experience on transmission design and simulation /li liGood level English, written and oral. /li liKnowledge of 2D and 3D CAD systems (CREO) /li liOffice /li liSimulation software: mainly KISSSOFT/KISSSYS, dynamic software, NVH software, FEA software, driveline software, Matlab, Amesism /li /ul h3bDESIRED CHARACTERISTICS /b /h3 ul liAttitude to work in a multi cultural team /li liGood interpersonal and communication skills /li liStrong oral and written communication skills /li liCuriosity and passion for mechanic design /li liStrong technical aptitude,



including applicable engineering tools and systems /li liPassionate, curious and enthusiastic for engineering challenges /li liSystem mindset and problem solver /li liExperience in mechanical transmissions' design /li liAttitude to travel, mainly abroad. /li /ul h3bPay Transparency /b /h3 pThe annual salary for this role is EUR €39,000.00 - €52,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) /p pFor roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
