The consultant will work closely with the Creative team, contributing to the development of seasonal collections and providing senior creative expertise throughout the design and creative process. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the creative development of seasonal Women’s Ready-to-Wear collections, from initial concepts through to final collection layout. /liliProvide creative direction and design input on silhouettes, fabrics, details, treatments and overall collection concepts. /liliDevelop and refine design proposals in line with the brand's creative identity and positioning. /liliConduct research across fashion, culture, art and contemporary trends to bring fresh perspectives to the collection. /liliWork closely with the Product Development and Merchandising teams throughout the development process.



/liliReview samples and provide clear creative and product feedback. /liliContribute to fittings, collection reviews and key development milestones. /liliSupport the development of seasonal moodboards, color palettes, fabric directions and collection narratives. /liliEnsure a consistent and elevated creative vision across the collection. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulli10 years of professional experience in Women’s Ready-to-Wear design or creative consultancy, preferably within an established international fashion environment. /liliStrong portfolio demonstrating excellent creative vision and product sensibility. /liliSolid understanding of fabrics, garment construction, proportions and manufacturing processes. /liliStrong knowledge of contemporary fashion and international market trends. /liliAbility to combine creative thinking with a strong understanding of product and commercial needs. /liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills. /liliAbility to work independently and manage priorities within seasonal timelines. /liliProfessional proficiency in English is required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
