The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management and thrive working under pressure. We are looking for an energetic individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service levels and enjoys a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.ResponsibilitiesEmbrace the Chestertons brand and core valuesProtect our clients’ assets and work in their best interestsRetain management on the portfolioPrioritise and troubleshoot key maintenance issues (floods, boilers, leaks and appliances)Scrutinise quotes on behalf of the clientUnderstand how to add value when sending an inspection reportNegotiate deposit deductions in a fair and efficient manner, within required timeframesUnderstand required KPI’s for the roleLeave notes on RPS and attach documents to the letters folder consistentlySet and follow up on tasks consistently to assist personal management of issues and support colleagues in your absenceDevelop understanding of client accounts and statementsAttend local branch and participate in their morning meeting as per rota and fulfil inspection requirementsAttend weekly 1:1 meetings with senior leadership teamUnderstand the roles of supporting departments (lettings, compliance, accounts, tenancy progression) and when to contact themSupport others’ growth and developmentEnsure the portfolio is fully compliant (EICR,
