Job Title:Scorra la pagina per visualizzare tutti i requisiti del lavoro e le responsabilità che i candidati selezionati dovranno assumersi.Solutions ConsultantCompany Type: End ClientEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Arrangement: Hybrid in MilanContract Type: Direct hire with our clientSalary range: €55.000 - €65.000 + BenefitsWhat You’ll Be DoingYou will lead customer projects to implement a cloud-based business solution, helping clients move from their current ways of working to a more digital, connected process.You will translate what the customer needs into a clear solution plan, work closely with internal teams to build and configure it, and make sure the customer is confident using it from kick-off through go-live and early support.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to understand their business needs and define high-level requirementsTranslate customer needs into clear functional and technical specifications.Work with internal teams to align on the solution approach and ensure it is delivered correctlySupport development and delivery teams by clarifying requirements and removing blockersConfirm feasibility and support User Acceptance Testing to validate the solution with the customerTrain customer teams on how to use the solution, including initial setup, data loading, and post go-live supportRun project kick-offs and set up the right project structure, meetings, and communication routinesServe as the main customer contact, managing expectations and building strong working relationshipsManage scope, timeline, resources, budget,
