mission-critical developments at the forefront of European data centre construction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage full BIM delivery across the project lifecycleEnsure company BIM standards and execution plans are implemented on siteManage and mentor BIM Coordinators and TechniciansCoordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve clashes (MEP focus)Liaise with package managers, site engineers, subcontractors and client teamsOversee production of coordinated drawings, models and schedulesSupport continuous improvement and BIM innovation initiativesSkills & Experience8+ years' experience delivering BIM on large-scale construction projectsStrong Revit experience (MEP bias essential)AutoCAD (preferred) and Navisworks (advantageous)Proven experience leading BIM teams on complex projectsRelevant Engineering (or similar) degreeStrong leadership, communication and organisational skills
