We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Operations Test Engineering team and lead the development of a shared test automation platform supporting engineering validation, system integration, and manufacturing test environments. This is a highly software-focused role where you will design, develop, and industrialize the test toolchain used across E2E test benches, hardware-in-the-loop environments, pilot lines, and end-of-line manufacturing stations. Your work will directly improve release confidence, product quality, manufacturing readiness, traceability,



defect containment, and the scalability of automated testing across the entire EV charging ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a scalable, modular, and reusable automated test framework supporting end-to-end validation, system integration, regression testing, release qualification, hardware-in-the-loop environments, and manufacturing test execution.
- Develop production-grade software for test orchestration, equipment control, measurement acquisition, diagnostics, result evaluation, reporting, recovery mechanisms, and reliable execution across validation and manufacturing environments.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, enabling pull-request validation, regression execution, software-build qualification, release gates, artifact management, result publication, and controlled deployment of test software.
