About Us

To strengthen our local team, we are looking for a committed and well‑organized Service & Operations Coordinator (M/F/d) who will take responsibility for administrative, logístical, and operational processes and act as an important interface both internally and externally.

Location: Montichiari, Italy (on-site)
Employment Type: Full-time, initially limited to 1 year with the option for extension

Your Responsibilities

1. Customer Support, Service & Dispatching
- Act as a competent point of contact (written & verbal) for international customers, our dispatching department, service teams, and service partners
- Handle service orders and create reports for national and international customers
- Prepare invoices for domestic and international clients in local or foreign currencies

2. Operational Processes & Logistics
- Coordinate logistics processes and serve as an interface to internal and external partners
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on workflows, material flow, and operational planning




- Support the Service Delivery area and ensure smooth operational processes

3. Procurement, Compliance & Administration
- Execute and optimize procurement processes (supplier management, orders, price negotiations)
- Assist with compliance topics, including adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and manage contracts, documents, and reports
- Take operational responsibility for office organization and administrative workflows

4. Communication & Internal Collaboration
- Support the local Service Delivery management and work closely with the team in Germany
- Ensure professional internal and external communication flows

Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally in the IT field
- Professional experience in logistics, service delivery, and procurement
- Experience in customer service — ideally in IT services
- Very good English skills (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus
