This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding within an international environment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)Source candidates through job boards, social media,



and internal databasesConduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviewsMaintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirementsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or related fieldsStrong interest in Talent Acquisition / HRExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English and Italian (minimum B2 level) and French (minimum C1)Good organizational skills and attention to detailProactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentNext StepsUpon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Recruiting department will contact you for an initial HR interview.
