Within the Group Strategic Planning, Monitoring & Control Area, Unit France & GBA, the Controller will support the main activities related to the collection and analysis of monthly, actuals and forecast/plan data, IFRS17 based.The Controller will be involved in the following activities:Support the data collection of monthly and quarterly KPI’s using Excel/Tagetik and in-house tools;Support the collection of main IFRS17 KPI’s (forecast and plan) through several tools (Excel, Tagetik, SAC);Support the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators, also evaluating the relevant impacts on Group Results;Support the aggregation, reporting, the target setting and assessment activities, evaluating also the implications on Group Results and main KPIs;Participate in the frequent interactions with local countries controlling teams.Proficiency in major IT applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);Academic background in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics,



or a related field;Fluency in both English and Italian;2-5 years of experience in a Finance and/or Actuarial department;Knowledge of IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 principles;Knowledge of Tagetik and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is considered a plus.Soft skills:Good analytical skills;Curious and proactive attitude open to changes;Good communication skills and teamwork.What we offerWe offer employment at the 4 level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.Gross annual salary ranging between 36-46k.
