YellowSquare is looking for a Hostel/Hotel Supervisor — better known as our Square Deputy — the right hand of our General Managers (our _Square Lovers_).

What you’ll be doing:
Operational Leadership: Supporting the General Manager by working closely with the Reception/Bar team and overseeing Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance;Team Reference: Serving as a daily point of contact for the team — ensuring clear tasks, high spirits, and smooth operations;Quality & Vibe: Monitoring service standards, resolving guest issues, and keeping the “Square vibe” alive;Management: Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows for maximum efficiency;Admin: Assisting with reporting, inventory, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

What you should have:
Experience: 5+ years in hospitality, including 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;Core Skills: Strong team coordination, excellent communication, and a “people-first
