We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our Finance Department on a tempo parziale basis. In this role, you will process customer payments, ensure timely and accurate collections, and maintain organized records. - Process customer payments accurately and promptly
- Prepare aging analysis and follow up on overdue invoices
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve payment issues
- Reconcile daily bank deposits
- Perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems

Expertise & Essential Skills:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a computerized accounting environment
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of general accounting and accounts receivable procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work with accounting systems and reconcile transactions
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Highly adaptable and process-ori
