For our client, an established specialized investor, with consistent track-record in targeting special situations and distressed credit opportunities in Italy, we are looking for an:
ASSOCIATE - PE SPECIAL SITUATIONS
- Support to the scouting and analysis of new potential investment opportunities;
- Support in the execution of the deals: financial modelling, P&L;, BS, Cash flow analysis etc.;
- Support to the portfolio management activities;
- Support in the overseeing and engaging external and internal counterparts.
- Degree either in Economics / Finance or Management Engineering. An MBA would be considered a plus;
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in Private Equity Special Situations / Private Debt / PE / Investment Banking multinational players with a proven track record in M&A; and Leverage Finance Transactions;
- Team player attitude;
- Ability to create relationship with high quality stakeholders;
- Goal driven mindset and high level of financial modelling skills;
- Fluent English.
