The Infrastructures & Processes Industrial Leader will join the Industrial Management team for Military programs that coordinates the industrial activities of new strategic military program, for which the Industrialization team is the Operations primary interface for the Program.
In this role you will provide technical and management support during the Program launch and the execution of the development phases. You will define development plans for critical Program enablers throughout the Operations, coordinating with all the Functions involved within the Operations (Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Facilities, Procurement) and other relevant functions (Digital Technology, Safety & Quality Management System, Human Resources ) reporting to the Operations Leader.
The goals of this role will mainly consist in matching the program milestones in terms of execution to sustain the industrial readiness of the program, evaluating and managing related risks, supporting Cost control.
In this role you will be based in the Rivalta site and coordinate with the Operations Leader for this Military program to define program plans, coordinating the involved functions.
Travelling to other Avio Aero sites, to supplier’s and abroad is expected to cover specific program needs. Working in
