For our amazing Tale Hotel, we are looking for a

Front Office Manager (m/w/d)

On the outskirts of the world-famous medieval town of Montepulciano, surrounded by unspoilt nature, Poggio Alla Sala Tale is a luxurious oasis of calm filled with memories of a rich past.

Your tasks:
- Leadership and motivation of the front office team
- a warm care and advice of our guests
- Assignment and vacation planning
- Monitoring of all processes at the front office
- Occupancy planning, category balancing
- Guidance and training of employees and trainees
- Manager on Duty service as representative of the hotel management
- Close cooperation with all other departments

Your profile:
- A completed training in the hotel industry




- Passion as a host
- Initial experience in this position
- Ability to work in a team, very good leadership skills, reliability & honesty
- A strong sense of quality and responsibility
