Safilo is looking for a CRM Campaign & Marketing Automation Intern to join the Digital Transformation & Customer Experience Department.
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to B2B digital marketing, CRM strategy and data-driven campaign management, working closely with experienced professionals in an international environment.
You will actively support the CRM Campaign & Marketing Automation Team in planning, executing and analyzing marketing campaigns targeted to the B2B customer base, using advanced digital tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
What you will learn & work on
During the internship, you will be involved in the full CRM campaign lifecycle, including:
- Contributing to the definition of marketing objectives and assessing their feasibility
- Supporting the quarterly planning of digital marketing initiatives
- Learning how to segment customer databases and execute targeting activities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Selecting the most appropriate communication channels for each campaign
- Preparing campaign briefs for external agencies and partners
- Monitoring campaigns on a daily basis to ensure timely execution
- Analyzing campaign performance (e.g. redemption and conversion rates)
- Preparing post-campaign analyses and reports to support continuous improvement
- Identifying opportunities and critical points in operational processes
Who we are looking for
- Strong analytical mindset and good knowledge ofOffice tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Interest in digital marketing, CRM and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work in a structured and international company environment:
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus, but not required
