To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Manager to join our Website team, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and other business teams across Italy, UK, and Spain.
The Website team owns all marketing-facing web technologies and the overall quality of the digital experience.
You’ll focus on reimagining how to deliver a top-tier user experience to our millions of customers, enabling our internal teams through scalable product solutions such as a tailored content management system.
You’ll also focus on how our websites and marketing technologies can most effectively contribute to sales outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Define the product: alongside engineering and business teams, define the detailed roadmap and product specifications for all relevant solutions we will implement to address the pain points and opportunities for our end customers and internal teams.
- Product discovery: work closely with web behavior data and stakeholders to identify the most pressing product opportunities for end customers and internal teams, validating ideas through research, experiments, and rapid iterations to ensure we build what truly matters.
- Prioritisation and planning: prioritise and plan the product development efforts with the development teams and your stakeholders.
- Product delivery: collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to deliver on your plans, organising and taking part in the day-to-day work, and making sure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
