POSITION SUIMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage overall sales activities in Europe. Take ownership to deliver the regional financial targets and strategic plan. Supervises management staff.
- Uphold and exemplify all safety standards, policies, and rules
- Accountabilities in sales and service, administration,



and operations activities
- Exceed customer expectations and continue to nurture customer relationships built on trust and support
- Split time between customer visits and office interaction with staff
- Travel to corporate office in Centennial, CO for budget planning meeting annually

Business Development and Customer Relationships
- Develop strong relationships with customers, from senior management level to operational level
- Prepare business proposals and assure contract renewals. Follow up on contract documents.
- Seek new business opportunities. Monitor the industry and markets, competitors' activities, and regional developments
- Effectively communicate customer activity that would affect sales and service goals

Service Department Collaboration
- Collaborate with Service Manager to oversee staffing, work hours, and part orders to meet budget goals
- Jointly with Service Manager oversee and support repair
