About the Role
The IT Team is responsible for supporting the Bank’s information technology infrastructure and ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of its IT systems and services.
The successful candidate will join the IT Team and support the daily operation, monitoring and maintenance of the Bank’s IT environment. The role involves working with banking IT processes, databases, operating systems, software and hardware, while providing technical support to internal users and contributing to the continuity and efficiency of the Bank’s IT operations.
The position offers the opportunity to develop professional experience within the IT function of a leading international financial institution and to work in a multicultural and highly regulated banking environment.
Job Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
• Monitor and support the daily operation of banking IT systems and processes;
• Support the management and monitoring of databases, servers and operating systems;
• Perform basic software and hardware installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting;
• Provide technical support to internal users and assist in resolving IT-related issues;
• Support the maintenance and efficient operation of the Bank’s IT infrastructure;
• Assist in the implementation, testing and maintenance of IT systems and applications;
• Cooperate with other departments and relevant IT teams to ensure the continuity and reliability of IT services;
• Support IT documentation, reporting and other operational activ
