Position: Expert Senior SWE
Type: Contract
Compensation: $150–$210/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities in complex SWE tasks .
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality.
- Develop benchmarks for assessing AI-generated solutions .
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Shape model reasoning and elevate training data quality.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience working at top US tech firms.
- Passion for improving model capabilities in complex SWE tasks .





Interview Process
- 30 mins AI interview.
- Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2 hours total, paid $100 for completion).

Compensation & Legal
- Hourly contractor role.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
