An IT Service Engineer (m/f/d) is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within an organization. They are tasked with troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues,



as well as configuring and deploying new hardware and software systems. Operate the day to day IT Service Desk to our employees through emails and online ticketing system.

Monitors and track incidents, service requests in IT ticketing system. Responsible for dispatching and escalating tickets to next support level, as per the internal guidelines.

Manage and operate the installation/delivery of all End User Device including Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Phones, Printers and Mobile device.

Responsible for all PC health status; ensure all computers are properly patched and virus protected.

Performs any other IT related duties including on-demand project.

Manage telecommunication system and cabling system. Work with external vendor to ensure smooth operations and SLA are met.

Prepare and participate in disaster recovery and unscheduled shutdown drills

Prepare report as request by management.
