How you make the differenceThe Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing Bolton’s end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business values and goals.How your agenda looks like:Contribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy, in close partnership with the P&O; teams;Partner closely with P&O; Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance;Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints;Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors;Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies;Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire;Support the Group Organizational Development,
