All activities have tight relationship with other functions, i.e. Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistic and Procurement. Main goal is to continuously improve the supplier’s Quality level, reducing both escaping defects and associated cost of quality, while growing and developing the supply base as per business needs.In this role,



you will be responsible for:Manage Supplier’s related Non-Conformity Record (NCR)Lead the suppliers in the execution of defects root cause analysis (RCA) and support the definition of robust corrective actions (CA)Implement Quality Development Plans for eligible suppliersQualify the suppliers according to Company rulesCarry out periodic Audits to verify compliance with company requirementsCheck the on-the-job inspections according to the Quality Control PlansSupport the suppliers on Deviation Request (SDR) managementSupport cross-functional and cross- regional initiatives to improve Suppliers QualityManage patterns and support technical clarifications between suppliers and engineering.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role, you will:Have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent work experience in one or more of the following industrial processes castings, forging and machining.Possess technical knowledge of the following areas: welding (SMAW-FCAW) NDTs (VT,
