Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client deliverables such as information memoranda, management presentations, and pitch materials
- Support deal execution, including due diligence, process management, and data room activities
- Conduct thorough industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development
- Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction, and LBO analyses
- Interact with clients, investors,



and other stakeholders throughout the deal process

Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant investment banking experience (full-time or internship)
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- A positive attitude and desire to learn how to do deals and grow professionally
- Accounting, financial analysis and valuation skills
- Financial modelling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of professionalism, initiative, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to begin in the near term is preferred
