_ Sales planning & strategic target modelling_

You will architect the overall sales planning framework, defining clear objectives by market, channel, and sales perimeter. Building on these foundations, you will lead the strategic target‑modelling process, translating assumptions, forecasts, and commercial ambitions into precise,



data‑driven targets. Your work will ensure that every goal - whether at global, market, team or individual level - is measurable, aspirational, and fully aligned with costa’s business priorities.

_ Incentives engineering & performance intelligence_

You will design and continuously refine incentive schemes, from standard models to fully customized or innovative solutions that balance motivation, sustainability, and business impact. You will oversee forecasting and performance‑tracking cycles, ensuring that payout logic is rigorously calibrated and coherent with both strategic expectations and real operational behavior. Through this work, you will strengthen the link between performance intelligence and reward mechanisms.
