Be a part of a team where you will:
- Understand and provide prompt support to couriers for any kind of support request received via mail
- Report relevant information on weekly performance to Operations Managers or to the rest of the team as needed
- Have a data sensitive approach, making sure that all the information is transferred to our database and reports correctly

You have:
- Some experience in on-demand fleet management or customer support in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Good communication skills, ability and agility to solve problems
- High motivation to work for a fast-growing startup
- Good computer skills and Excel skills
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
