Mission

As BLM CSO of MultiAir Italia, you are responsible for the development and growth of CSO business in Italy.
Your mission as BLM CSO is to accelerate a sustainable growth and profitable business for CSO through dealers’ network looking for solutions and opportunities, by delivering reliable and innovative aftermarket product offers with the aim to maintain and increase our distributors value and customers productivity.
You are a member of the MultiAir Italia company’s management team and report to the General Manager, with very close interaction with all the internal departments and with the divisional team.

- Interact with other Group units in a constructive, productive and unselfish way that supports the development of synergies and the consolidated result of the Divisions and performance of the Business Area (and the Group)
- Safeguard integrity and transparency of operations and of the legal structure by making sure that FAM and Business Code of Practice is understood and applied where relevant

Specific
- Coordinate and develop the sales of aftermarket products and solutions through dealers’ network together with the Sales Team
- Execute and implement sales and marketing strategies regarding spare parts
- Ensure best pricing strategy
- Set, focus and review periodic sales, profit and efficiency repor
