RINA is currently recruiting for a Capital Projects & Sustainable Finance Advisory Junior Project Manager - Categorie Protette 68/99 to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Management Consulting & Sustainability Strategic Projects Division.
Mission
In this role, you will support public and private clients throughout the entire lifecycle of capital-intensive investment projects, from opportunity identification to project delivery. You will contribute to participation in EU and national tenders, ensure alignment with relevant policy frameworks, and help structure financial instruments in collaboration with banks, promotional institutions, and other financial partners. You will work across strategy development, financing design, and project execution,



combining financial, regulatory, and technical perspectives to support the development and implementation of sustainable, bankable investment initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
The new team member will be involved across the full lifecycle of capital-intensive projects, covering strategy definition, financing design, and project implementation.
Key activities include:
- Support Clients in the early strategic phase, helping define investment and financing strategies aligned with EU and national policy frameworks.
- Provide advisory on policy compliance and eligibility criteria of relevant funding programmes, and analyze business plans to ensure alignment with targeted financial instruments.
