What you will ownPaid acquisition, multi country: Meta, Google and TikTok across Europe, the US and Latin America, with full budget ownership and CPA and payback accountability. The conversion funnel, end to end: website and landing pages, a structured A/B testing program, trial funnel and trial to paid optimization, checkout friction.
Top of funnel CRM: lead capture, trial nurture flows and marketing automation that convert trials into paying members.
Growth strategy and experimentation: the hypothesis backlog, a weekly test and learn cadence, and growth initiatives across the whole journey from click to paid.
