Job Summary:
Nova Biomedical is seeking a Sales Manager, Clinical-Capital to support growth of the clinical business in South Korea. This role is responsible for developing plans and actions to grow market share, achieve annual sales targets, manage distributors, and support key customers across the clinical portfolio. The Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to translate commercial strategy into clear action plans, provide market feedback, and support business success through strong distributor and customer engagement.




Responsibilities:
- Focus on annual target achievement by developing existing opportunities, generating new leads, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Deliver and report accurate market trend information to the marketing team and support strategic action planning.
- Support and manage existing distributors to achieve annual targets through monthly KPI tracking.
- Drive business expansion through product portfolio development and identification, evaluation, and establishment of new dealers or distributors by region.
- Define and leverage distributor field activities and develop strategic backup plans.
- Provide coaching to distributors to strengthen product positioning, service capabilities, and overall business performance.
