The Advisory Industrials team is composed of over 15 professionals directly present in two main offices (Italy and Germany). The sub-sectors covered by the team span Automotive, Capital Goods, Materials and Transportation Equipment. The Core product focus of the Team is M&A; but is also very active within Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Specialized Lending in core markets (Italy, Germany, Austria and CEE) with Origination and Execution capabilities.
- Support the day-to-day activities of the Industrials Advisory Team
- Conduct financial analysis, benchmarking and research of private and public companies
- Assist in preparation of internal and external materials and pitch books
- Participate in internal business calls and client meetings
