As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns for clients across various advertising platforms.
Your main duties will include:
Developing and implementing digital media strategies;
Setting up and managing advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting and inventory allocation;
Monitoring campaign performance, optimizing delivery, and maximizing return on investment (ROI);
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing regular performance reports;
Improving campaign planning and execution processes.
1–3 years of experience within a digital advertising agency;




Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk);
Proven experience in media planning and budget management;
Fluent/excellent proficiency in English;
Strong command of Microsoft Excel;
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience;
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs);
Knowledge of the Amazon Ads suite and its advertising console;
Proficiency in automated/smart bidding strategies;
Solid project management capabilities;
Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, or Spanish is a plus).
