The Account Specialist/Manager is the local main point of contact of the Enterprise customers (Wholesale / Colo Carrier customers) in Italy.




His role consists in ensuring reactive and consistent support of the day-to-day requests from these customers.
Acknowledge and manage the day-to-day requests raised by the existing local customers (upgrade services, contract amendments, commercial proposals…) in collaboration with the global sales.
Ensure the recurring renewal of the existing contracts and the timely fulfillment of any capacity available.
Ensure the opportunities data accuracy in SFDC and coordinate the collection of internal approvals for the new orders.
Support the creation and maintenance of a qualified sales pipeline aligned with Data4’s commercial strategy.
Coordinate with Operations and Delivery teams to ensure seamless handover and post-sales
Support cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial processes and service quality.
Provide local support to the Global Head of Sales throughout the entire Hyperscale sales cycle when required.
