Within this unit we are looking for an Business Analyst highly motivated and talented to work closely with the team and management, to act in an international environment through a Cross-functional and multi-national cooperation (local marketing and controlling teams).

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Consolidating, monitoring and analyzing Customer and Distributor KPIs (actual and planning)




- Implementing and monitoring new strategic KPIs and defining related targets
- Facilitating the design of local marketing strategic plan
- Managing the Power BI project in cooperation with each department within Group Marketing
- Optimizing allocation of marketing investments → consolidation and analysis of local marketing investments (actual and planning) to identify gaps / lacks

Requirements:
- Ongoing MS/MBA in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering
- Minimum 3 months previous work experience
- Strong analytical mindset and skills
- Results-driven and gifted with an eye for details
- Excellent MS Excel & Good PowerBI skills
- English advanced (nice to have second language)
