ppWith more than 3,500 employees, the Safilo Group is a worldwide leader in the premium eyewear sector for sunglasses, optical frames and sports eyewear. /p pSafilo is looking for a dynamic, German speaker, and business-oriented HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources Department in our Padova Headquarters, looking after the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the trusted HR partner for assigned business areas, advising managers on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee development and organizational change. /li liManage and support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning, compensation reviews and offboarding activities. /li liProvide guidance on employee relations matters, HR policies, organizational changes and labor law compliance, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards. /li liDrive annual HR processes and key people initiatives, supporting managers in building high-performing and engaged teams. /li liMonitor workforce data, HR metrics and organizational trends, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. /li liLead or contribute to local and global HR projects focused on organizational development, employee engagement, change management and continuous improvement. /li liCollaborate with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective delivery of HR services and programs across the organization. /li liPeriodic travel to Safilo's office in Cologne, Germany, will be required to support business stakeholders and local HR initiatives. /li /ul h3Desired Skills Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field.
