In this leadership role, you guide the Customer Application Specialist team across EMEA, aligning technical expertise with sales objectives. Responsabilità

- Lead and develop the team of Application Engineers to support pre- and post-sales activities and meet sales quotas
- Plan, deploy and optimize resources across the EMEA field organization and partner support functions
- Build internal and external partnerships to capture customer requirements and influence product design
- Maintain market and competitive intelligence to guide strategy and responses




- Monitor and adjust utilization via reporting tools to optimize performance
- Collaborate with sales managers to demonstrate the value of One Agilent to customers
- Invest in coaching and development plans to upskill employees for market needs
- Drive solutions that align with market needs and improve the support organization

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master degree or equivalent with experience in Life Sciences/Clinical Diagnostics
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience
- Strong business management and negotiation skills at senior levels
- Solid understanding of Life Sciences/Clinical Diagnostics market
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
