Talent Acquisition Manager Italy
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager Italy to join our People & Organization team based in Milan.
How you make the difference
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing Bolton's end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business values and goals.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
Contribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy, in close partnership with the P&O; teams;
Partner closely with P&O; Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance;
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints;
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors;
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies;
Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire;
Support the Group Organizational Development, Talent & Learning COE for employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
Your Team
You'll directly report to our P&O; Director International & Global Functions.
The role doesn't include direct reports.




What Makes You a Great Fit
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field;
Work Experience: 5 years' experience in the role within an international context;
Local language: Proficiency in Italian and fluent in both written and spoken English.
