pBeyond Talent is partnering with a renowned international luxury fashion house in Milan to appoint an exceptional Design Director – Show Collection. /ppThis is a key creative leadership position responsible for the development and execution of the brand’s runway and show collections across all categories. /ppWorking closely with the Creative Director and senior creative teams, the Design Director will translate the overall creative vision into a distinctive, cohesive and highly desirable collection, overseeing the process from initial concept and research through to fittings and final runway execution. /ppbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppbr/ppAs Design Director – Show Collection, you will lead the creative development of the runway collection, ensuring a strong and consistent design language across all product categories. /ppYou will combine creative vision, strong product expertise and exceptional collection-building skills while leading multidisciplinary design teams within a highly dynamic luxury fashion environment. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /ppbr/pulliLead the creative development of the luxury fashion show and runway collection across all categories. /liliTranslate the Creative Director’s vision into a cohesive seasonal collection. /liliOversee the entire design process from initial concept, research and development through to final show execution. /liliDefine and maintain consistency across silhouette, colour, fabrication, proportion and detailing. /liliCoordinate and inspire senior designers and category design teams. /liliWork closely with Product Development,
