In this role you drive store performance in Bolzano by monitoring and improving KPIs and delivering excellent omnichannel service. You lead the department, coach team members, and safeguard quality standards to ensure a best-in-class customer journey. You collaborate cross-functionally to organize events, manage stock, and support HR and commercial strategies. - Monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, Love Meter, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & Collect, app downloads)
- Track store and team performance, define corrective actions
- Manage department team, develop skills and talents, train on technical skills
- Resolve disputes and foster team spirit to achieve goals
- Provide daily/monthly briefings on results and objectives to the team and Store Manager
- Ensure customer journey quality and compliance with guidelines and policies
- Coordinate in-store services (internal/external) and stockroom management aligned with replenishment cycles
- Organize and plan the Booxi platform and coordinate activities with Trade & Communication Department
- Support managers in daily activities and contribute to store commercial and HR strategy
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder)
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management, analysis, and daily reporting
- Business and goals orientation
- English professional knowledge
