Job description
You will join our team in Rome, as a Business Manager Intern, supporting the development of our Engineering business line . You will gain hands-on experience in business development and recruitment activities within a multicultural and dynamic environment, directly contributing to the expansion of our company.
Your Missions:
Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients
Support the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals
Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities
Participate in the search and pre-selection of candidates
Contribute to the definition of recruitment strategies and talent network creation
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process
Assist in onboarding and integration of new team members

Your Profile
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field
Eligible for an extracurricular or Master’s internship agreement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
English fluency
driving license
You demonstrate strong communication skills
You are dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn




You show a genuine interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting
You thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
