We are seeking an experienced

M&E; Site Supervisor

to lead mechanical and electrical installation packages on a high-spec Data Centre build in Milan.

You will manage site crews, direct daily subcontractor activities, enforce strict HSEQ standards, and drive installation quality from initial positioning through to pre-commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution:

Lead daily on-site MEP package delivery
Quality Control:

Conduct inspections for containment, HVAC, piping, switchgear, generators, and cabling. Ensure work matches approved construction drawings and specs.
Safety First:

Enforce RAMS, Permit-to-Work protocols, and lead daily toolbox talks.
Coordination:

Liaise between package managers, subcontractors, BIM teams, and QA/QC leads to clear site blockages and sign off snags.
Testing & Handover:

Support pre-commissioning, BMS integration, and as-built documentation for system sign-offs.

What We Are Looking For
Proven Track Record:

At least 3+ years in a supervisory role on

Data Centre, Pharma, or Mission-Critical

builds.
Hands-on Leadership:

Ability to manage subcontractors under tight delivery windows.
EU Right to Work:

Valid EU Passport
