The resource will be involved in assisted sales and personalized consultancy, accompanying customers through all phases of the purchasing experience and helping them identify the most suitable products for their needs.
Specifically: Customer reception, personalized consultation, and support in product selection; Promote brand products and novelties, contributing to the achievement of sales targets; Maintain store display, keeping it tidy and consistent with the brand image; Manage cash operations and support stock replenishment and warehouse activities; Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service.
What we are looking for: Minimum experience in assisted sales in retail clothing and/or cosmetic contexts.
Excellent communication skills, customer orientation,



and commercial aptitude; Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of English and German is considered a plus.
