pbThe Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection, /bone of the most vibrant and dynamic 5* in Rome, is looking for you! /ppbr/ppThe primary purpose of the bFront Desk Agent Turnante /bis to ensure that guests have an excellent hotel experience through greeting them, processing check-in and check-out, issuing room keys, answering questions and addressing guest requests. /ppbr/ppThe bFront Desk Agent /b bTurnante /bwill be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: /ppbr/pulliFront Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard; /liliEnsure personal knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events; /liliMaximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program; /liliManage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely; /liliMaintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and Guest service; /liliCheck-in and check-out guests; /liliRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner; /liliAnswer inquires pertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, and travel directions; /liliHandle cash and credit card transactions and process guest accounts; /liliAs needed, fulfill all job responsibilities expected of Concierge Attendant; /liliFax and make copies for guests,



along with other services of the Business Center; /liliArrange for sending and receiving of packages; /liliFollow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications; /liliAny and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. /li /ulpbr/ppTo successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: /ppbr/pulliA bFront Desk Agent /bserving The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members; /liliFront Office experience in Hotel of same category, preferable in Marriott Luxury Properties; /liliStrong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities; /liliCalm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; /liliA passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service; /liliExperience with answering multi-line phone lines; /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office programs; /liliExcellent command of Italian and English.
