Structure of the Training Program The program has a total duration of 36 months and is divided into: First 9 months: training program alternating between practical on-the-job activities (at the point of sale) and theoretical modules (at the headquarters in Piazza dei Mestieri in Sesto San Giovanni, twice a month).
At the end, a professional qualification will be awarded.
Subsequent 27 months: placement through a professional apprenticeship contract aimed at consolidating skills.
Requirements: Age between 18 and 24 years High school diploma Aptitude for public contact and interest in the food sector Learning orientation,



dynamism and reliability No previous experience in the role is required, the selection is aimed at profiles motivated to undertake a structured growth path.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Sunday (with one day off per week).
Location: Desio (MB).
