We positively engage with personal and professional development and school improvement. /p pbISP Responsibilities /b /p pbAcademic and Pedagogical Leadership /b /p ul lipDesign, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program. /p /li lipEnsure effective delivery of the curriculum and pedagogical methodologies. /p /li lipPromote innovative, student-centered teaching practices. /p /li lipAnalyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans. /p /li /ul pbTeaching Staff Management /b /p ul lipCoordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team. /p /li lipIdentify professional development needs and support ongoing training. /p /li lipLead pedagogical meetings and foster collaborative teamwork. /p /li lipParticipate in the recruitment and induction of new teaching staff.
/p /li /ul pbStudent Monitoring /b /p ul lipOversee students’ academic, social, and emotional progress. /p /li lipImplement support strategies for students with specific learning needs. /p /li lipEnsure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. /p /li lipCoordinate behavior management and wellbeing strategies. /p /li /ul pbFamily Engagement /b /p ul lipMaintain effective and timely communication with parents and guardians. /p /li lipParticipate in parent meetings, conferences, and school events. /p /li lipAddress and follow up on concerns or significant situations. Administrative Management /p /li lipPrepare academic and performance reports for the Primary section. /p /li lipCoordinate timetables, assessments, and school activities. /p /li lipEnsure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations. /p /li /ul pbSkills, Qualifications and Experience /b /p ul lipBachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field. /p /li lipValid teaching certification or license, as required by local regulations. /p /li lipMinimum of X years of teaching experience in Primary Education. /p /li lipExperience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage. /p /li lipStrong classroom management and instructional skills. /p /li lipSound knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies. /p /li lipEffective communication and interpersonal skills. /p /li lipStrong planning, organizational, and assessment skills. /p /li lipAbility to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs. /p /li lipCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team. /p /li lipCommitment to continuous professional development and student-centered learning.
