ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pOur client, a leading Italian Group in the pharmaceutical sector, is currently looking for a: /p pLa preghiamo di leggere attentamente i seguenti dettagli prima di inviare la sua candidatura. /p h3Tax Specialist /h3 pThe resource will join the Finance team and report to the Italy Tax Manager. /p h3Areas of responsibility: /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with Italian tax legislation regarding direct taxes and VAT, including direct tax computation /li liManage current and deferred tax impacts arising from the application of international accounting standards (e.g., IAS 19, IFRS 2, IFRS 16) /li liHandle international tax matters such as dividends, CFC rules and withholding taxes /li liAnalyze and manage VAT-related issues (supply chain flows, triangular transactions, import/export),



supporting the Finance function in correctly setting up processes from a VAT perspective /li liEnsure compliance with Italian regulations regarding indirect taxes /li liMonitor changes in Italian tax legislation and practice, and contribute to improving internal tax procedures /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Law, Economics, or Finance. xlwpduy A Master's degree in Tax Law or an equivalent specialization and/or qualification as a Chartered Accountant is considered a plus /li li2–4 years of experience in Tax, preferably gained in multinational environments, international boutique firms, consulting companies, or Big Four firms /li liExcellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
