Be ready to support the Brand Team in the following activitiesProject Management Support Assist the Brand team in the coordination of innovation & renovation projects, tracking milestones from the initial idea to market execution.Market & Consumer Analysis Support the team in analyzing consumer trends and identifying relevant insights using market research tools and data.Marketing Strategy Execution Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan and support in the operational execution.Strategic Planning Support Assist in the preparation of materials and data analysis for the definition of the Country's long-term and annual strategic plans.Communication & Activation Collaborate on the creation and coordination of ATL and BTL activities, working closely with internal and external agencies.Cross-functional Collaboration Act as a point of contact between Brand and Category, Sales, and Finance departments.Budget Administration Support the Brand team in tracking the allocated marketing budget, managing purchase orders,



and monitoring expenses.Competitor Benchmarking Perform regular monitoring of competitors' activities, pricing, and communication strategies to provide actionable reports to the team.What We Expect From YouMaster's Degree (achieved or close to be achieved)Proficient in English and ItalianGood command of MS office, especially Excel.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional AttributesStrong Affinity with Sales and/or data analytics looking to be trained in real business life conditions.Interpersonal Skills You'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
