Site Manager / Construction Site Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise on-site operations.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Resolve daily technical and logistical issues efficiently.
Ideal Qualifications
Previous experience as a Site Manager or Construction Site Supervisor.
Technical education (e.g., Technical Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture).
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
Willingness to travel.
